Lacuna Scanner Service

The Lacuna Scanner Service is a microservice that lets you add document scanning to your existing web application, with the following features:

• Compliance with Decree No. 10,278 of March 18, 2020 (in Portuguese), the Brazilian regulation on scanning public and private documents so that the scanned documents have the same legal effect as the originals
• Requires minimal changes to your existing application
• Scanning is done directly from the browser
• Helps keep the chain of custody intact, since scanned documents are sent directly to your system without first being stored on the computer of the person scanning them
