# HTTP Error 502.5 - ANCM Out-Of-Process Startup Failure (Windows Server)

After installing or updating the system, you may receive the error *HTTP Error 502.5 - ANCM Out-Of-Process Startup Failure* upon accessing the website:

The main cause for this problem is not having previously installed the ASP.NET Core 10.0 Hosting Bundle, required by Amplia 5.0 ([download it here](https://dotnet.microsoft.com/download/dotnet/10.0)).

To check that the ASP.NET Core Runtime 10.0 is installed, run the following command on a command prompt or Powershell:

```sh
dotnet --list-runtimes
```

The output should contain two entries with version **10.0.x**, for instance:

```text
Microsoft.AspNetCore.App 10.0.x [C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.AspNetCore.App]
Microsoft.NETCore.App 10.0.x [C:\Program Files\dotnet\shared\Microsoft.NETCore.App]
```
