Description
The fill-video-identification-transactions command finds video identification orders that were completed before the
OrderVideoIdentificationCompleted event and its transaction in the per-order cost control report were introduced (version
8.0.0), identifying them by the date they entered the video identification validation queue.
For each order found, the command creates the OrderVideoIdentificationCompleted event (if it doesn't exist yet) and the matching
cost transaction, dated when the order actually entered the validation queue.
This command is optional: video identification orders completed from version 8.0.0 on already have this event and transaction recorded automatically. Run this command only if you want the cost report to also reflect video identification orders completed before that version.
Before processing, the command shows the number of orders found and asks for confirmation (Y) before going ahead, since the action cannot be undone.
